Elvie A. Arizabal, LEED-GA, ENV SP is an Associate Principal of ICI Engineers, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT-Philippines) and completed her Entrepreneurial Marketing from the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship, Asian Institute of Management. She has more than 20 years of work experience managing various clients in environmental consulting and MEP engineering.

Ms. Arizabal joined ICI in 2016. She brings extensive wealth of experience in managing multiple projects. A team-oriented leader, she has coordinated effectively with projects that require multi-discipline design scopes.

Ms. Arizabal has managed various projects in the Healthcare Systems such as UCLA Ronald Reagan University Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica University Medical Center, Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital, skilled nursing facilities and medical office buildings tenant improvements; k-12 education such as Los Angeles Unified School District and Capistrano Unified School District projects; transportation such as Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA MTA); state projects such a California Air Resources Board (CARB), California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and California Department of General Services and federal projects such as China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station.

Additionally, she brings expertise in the California healthcare design industry with familiarity to various HCAI/OSHPD requirement from project design submission, TIO, ACD, DSI, review and approval, construction initiation up to project closeout.

Elvie is an active member of ASHRAE Tri-County Chapter and currently serving as a Board Secretary. She is also Certified LEED Green Associate of the US-Green Building Council (US-GBC), and a certified ENV-SP by Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI).
